It tracks decibel levels only and does not record any conversations. Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am. STRICTLY - No Smoking Smoking or vaping inside the home or on the balcony is strictly prohibited. A $400 fee applies if smoke is detected inside the property. A $150 surcharge applies if cigarette butts are found on the grounds. STRICTLY - No drugs or illegal activity. Security Cameras: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the entrances and grounds. PROPERTY DAMAGE - All damage to the property must be paid for by the booking guest. A security deposit is held at the start of the booking and will be used to cover damage.
