There is a playground at the community club near the entrance to the neighborhood with little league baseball there as well. Tesla level 2 charger available upon request for free charging, solar panels provide most of the electricity to the home, and parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Located just 20 minutes from Louisville's riverfront park, and 25 minutes from Louisville International Airport and/or Kentucky Kingdom and the Louisville Fairgrounds. 1 hour from Holiday World amusement park. The walk around the block across the street is perfect, if you like to walk neighborhoods, and 5 trips around the block = 2 miles. There is also Mt. St. Francis' sprawling campus with a large lake, and miles of hiking trails for public access. They also have 2 level 2 public EV charging stations for free on campus. Guest access Guests will have reserved parking spaces, and their own private entrance with programmable security lock, and security cameras over the driveway and basement walkout entrance for security. Other things to note * No smoking * No pets * There is one set of steps from the driveway down to the rear patio, where the basement walkout entrance is located. * 2 bedrooms each have king size beds, and the 2 additional guests would sleep on the mattresses contained within the 2 bean bag chairs, or couches and/or recliners.
