Although part of a house there are no shared facilties, and you have your own private entrance. Accommodation is part of a beautiful Listed Georgian town house in the heart of historic Llandeilo, overlooking the Towy valley and river. Within minutes (walking) of the independent shops and cafes of Llandeilo, the NT Dinefwr Park, (with deer and white cattle), Newton House, and Dinefwr Castle. There is a welcome of milk, bread, cakes, butter. Location details for information on parking. The space There is on street parking outside the accommodation - parking permit provided - just display on your dashboard. (It is first come first serve, however there are normally spaces - but no guarantee). If there are no spaces outside, then there is parking seconds from the property, (King Street) free for 2 hours, which also means you can park from 4pm to 11am the next day. If there is no availabilty then the main car park is three minutes walk., £1.70 all day parking. One bedroom has a double bed with double doors out to the walled courtyard, and the 2nd Bedroom a King Size bed, with feature fireplace. All duvets are King Size. The outside courtyard has table and chairs and is ideal for the late morning, early afternoon sun. The large sitting room is ideal to relax in with the woodburner lit, or to just sit outside the stable front door in the morning sun with your coffee and pastries (from a local cafe) and watch the world go by. One well behaved dog is welcome. Please note dogs are not to go on the beds. Thank you. Guest access All of this space is for the sole use of the guests, with private entrance. Other things to note There are steps down to the property and steps upto the bedrooms. It is important to know that they are old stone and a bit uneven. Please note the wood burner is not in use.
