A 7 minute walk to the nearest park. 3 playgrounds and a dog park within walkable distance. Guest access You may access the entire house except the basement and garage. We’re in the process of relocating and those two areas are off limits, for owners storage only. Thank you for your understanding Other things to note Promotion: April 4-19, 2024: $205 a night (plus taxes) for the entire house, instead of our regular $226 On the first week of your arrival we may be able to pay a visit to walk you around the property and let you in on the how-to’s such as how to operate to optimize the efficiency of the thermostat, the washer and dryer, the TVs. If for some reason (we’re out of town for example), a phone call can be requested to walk you through as needed. The front door knob can be bit tricky to turn open from the inside as this is to be expected and a safety feature of our house towards our young kids. You will see baby proofing features on the kitchen cabinets and perhaps throughout the house so just don’t be alarmed as I’m already telling you about it. No security cameras where privacy assumed. We will deactivate the indoor feature for your complete privacy. Outside we have a few and please don’t attempt removing or modifying. This house is for weeks long and month(s) long rentals, we therefore provide a STARTER package, for your convenience, of toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap, dishwasher pacs, etc. which you will find in respective bathrooms; and a welcome package on the kitchen table. Shopping and stores are available for longer term needs. The (2) restricted areas in the house are the basement and garage and they are locked. Please don’t try to open as there are just homeowners belongings and cleaning supplies. No booze or fun stuff to spy on. Any attempt at opening or entering these areas may result in an immediate eviction. Thank you for your understanding. * If you intend to bring an animal (a service dog for example), please keep in mind our place is NOT pet or animal friendly (due to health safety and allergies) and an additional cleaning and sanitizing charge for a professional cleaner to come out will be added to your stay afterwards. * Outdoor shoes not allowed inside the house. Please respect this as we have young kids and family members with various sorts of allergies. * If you travel as a group of only family members, or fewer than 4 people, or able to help keep the space super clean, and will use only 1 or 2 bedrooms in the house, chat with me before booking for additional considerations of special rates.
