The space Inside you’ll have a fully renovated space. In the kitchen you'll have all new appliances and household goods to whip up a quick meal. For movie night, gather on the comfy queen sofa bed and enjoy a show on the 75in tv. Send a quick email from our desktop Mac located in one of the bedrooms. Private backyard patio is great for family boardgame night. Guest access Enjoy the cozy front patio and private back yard with a grill. Other things to note This is a duplex with its own driveway and private rear side and front yard. If available, you may book the other side as well for larger families. Please contact us and we'd love to make it work. Small Dogs are welcome in this home. Must be 30lbs or less. No other animals are allowed. An additional cleaning fee of $95 will be added for the dog. Parking on the grass is not permitted, an additional fee of $75 will be charged for every car parked on the grass. There will be an additional fee of $150 per night for each unregistered guest.
