The Lakeside Bungalow is located on Lake Howard, one of the most popular areas on the Winter Haven "Chain -of-Lakes". Enjoy easy access to lakefront bars, restaurants, the quaint downtown Winter Haven and LegoLand. Bring your boat and enjoy easy access to a boat ramp 1/2 mile away. The owner has two kayaks and a paddle board she is happy to share. There are 2 small friendly dogs living on the property as well. The space The Lakeside Bungalow is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath stand alone apartment that has private entrance and designated parking. The living room and kitchen are a large combined space for an open feel. The bedroom and bathroom are also quite spacious with plenty of storage. Two window ac units will keep the entire space at a comfortable temperature year round. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal and a gas grill is also available on the shared back patio. The decor and furnishings have a rustic feel, and the space is designed to feel quaint and cozy. Lakeside Bungalow is located behind the main house on a 1/2 acre lakefront property. The owner's residence and another rental unit may also be occupied during your stay. There is a laundryroom onsite that is shared by all guests. Guest access The Bungalow is located behind the main house on the 1/2 acre property. The shared laundryroom is attached, and the patio area behind The Bungalow is also shared. You will have designated parking directly in front of your unit and lake access across the street as well. Boat parking is also available upon request. Other things to note Lake Howard Drive is a fairly busy street and you may hear some road noise. The owner has two small friendly dogs that you may also encounter during your stay.
