Cozy studio, very close to bus stop to the beach!

Enjoy our comfortable studio apartment located in the heart of Downtown Cancun, close to many local restaurants and just a 10 min walk away from the bus that takes you to the hotel zone. Please carefully read the rules of the house and consider that our check in time its from 3 to 8 pm. The space In order to create a homey vibe, this studio apartment was thoughtfully decorated with pieces from local markets and vintage shops. I think this cozy apartment its perfect for travelers that... - Want to experience all of the touristic attractions that the area has to offer and are also excited to know how local Cancun really is. My place it's located on the main avenue in Downtown Cancun! - Are planning on taking a bus ride or a quick car ride to the hotel zone. The R1 bus that goes to the beach it's at a 10 min walk and there's many Ubers and taxis nearby. - Don't mind some city life noise if that means that they'll enjoy all the perks that being Downtown can bring. This place its located right by a busy avenue that has many local restaurants and shops. - Are planing on taking some attraction tours and want to be close to their pick up locations. Every tour company has different pick up-drop off sites but several of these are located by walking distance to this apartment. Some of them pick up their passengers right in front of my building! - Want to to explore on their own by taking the ADO bus which is at a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride. Guest access This apartment is completely private and our guests can use all the amenities in it and the common areas of our building (rooftop). We don't have a gated parking area but there are two open spots available and shared with other guests of the building. In case those spots are occupied, guests can park their cars in the many other free parking spaces by the street. Other things to note Please consider: The internet stability and speed is pretty average, good enough for texting and social media. We do what we can to maintain a stable connection but guests should not expect that the signal will be always perfect.
