The space The Celebration Suite has 2 spacious rooms, the Main Room and Ensuite Bathroom. Ensuite Bathroom: Notably, the bathroom got the biggest transformation in our reno project. Close the door and you will be in your own serene sanctuary with a freestanding soaking tub and luxury, toxin-free bath amenities; a glass-enclosed, floor-to-ceiling marble shower; a double vanity graced with tall, framed mirrors and sconces, and a large walk-in closet. Dim the lights. Or better yet, turn them off. Light a candle and let the rejuvenation commence! The multi-purpose Main Room includes: The sleep nook, with a view of the lush treescape, features a king size canopy bed. You will be sleeping on a memory foam mattress dressed with all natural premium linens. Draw the curtains for light filtering and shades to block out light. The sitting area features an 'antique buffalo hide' and kilim couch with a unique style inspired by North American Indians. Use a c-table for sit-down eating from the comfort of the couch or a big easy chair. For fitness enthusiasts, there is ample floor space for low-impact exercising. The mini kitchen accommodates fresh food prep and is stocked with a 1.1 cu ft microwave, 3.3 cu ft mini fridge w/freezer, a coffee/tea station with a Keurig coffee maker, a hot water kettle, K-cups, tea, and coffee & tea mates, filtered water, and cupboards & drawers stocked with essentials. By popular request, a large flat-screen TV won out over the dedicated remote workspace in the mirrored nook. The executive drop leaf desk, a generational heirloom, will still accommodate a smaller workspace and can be suited with a comfortable roll-around office chair. Note: Fast WiFi, 365 Mbps, covers the entire home and property. Many guests have expressed how happy they are that we use Hypoallergenic laundry products, NO toxic cleaning products, NO scented candles, and NO air fresheners. Guest access Long-term guests staying 7+ nights have access to the main kitchen and laundry room. For short-term guests, use of the main kitchen is available upon request. Enjoy the veranda right outside your door. This is a shared space, although you most likely will have it to yourself. We hope you have time to experience the Texas outdoors either on the veranda, enjoying the backyard's walkability and a tree-shaded jogging track, the fire pit, a fire in the chiminea, or taking a walk through the winding, tree-lined neighborhood streets. Our property, once upon a time a private game reserve, resonates with outdoorsy guests. Moonlit nights are spectacular! TX wildlife is attracted to our chemical-free zone: butterflies, fireflies, squirrels, hawks, yellow-crowned night herons, cardinals, bunnies, and skittish lizards. You will hear the chatter of a parliament of owls, and from time to time, you may spot an elusive bobcat - 2 guests have and captured it on video!
