The ideal accommodation for quiet nights in the countryside and ideal transport connections can be found in the basement loft of our cosy, family villa. A fully equipped kitchenette, an open rain shower and the parking space in front of the door offer all modern comforts. The S-Bahn lines S1 and S7, which are within walking distance, have excellent transport connections to the trade fair (15min), to the city west(20min) and east (30min), to Potsdam (15min) and to all public transport day/night. The space The unplastered basement walls give the otherwise modern rooms a special charm. You are also welcome to stay in the garden. The separate extra entrance guarantees maximum privacy. An extra bed can be set up for children or more people at an additional cost - just ask! Guest access You reach your own entrance via our garden, after eight steps. In the small hallway there is space to put down jackets and shoes, on the right is the cozy bedroom with a king-size box spring bed and a wardrobe. On the left is the living room with a fold-out sofa bed, dining table, TV and fully equipped kitchenette. From there you can get into the small shower room with all the comforts! Other things to note Everywhere it is modern, cozy and pleasantly warm thanks to the underfloor heating. If you wish, we can arrange for a full fridge or other small extras.
