Early check in & late check out available. The space The house, built in the 60s, has been refurbished and remodeled, the works were completed this year (2023). There are now two beautiful, light-filled dwellings surrounded by a lavish garden area, which exudes Mediterranean flair and offers numerous recreational spots. Pure holiday feeling! Unwind and recharge at Belmonte - sunbathing, grilling & relaxing in privacy. Early check in from 10 am and late check out until 4 pm available. Parking space by the house, the private entrance is accessible via an outdoor staircase. The house is also reachable by public transport and by foot (careful when crossing the road). The bright, spacious living and dining room, equipped with a cozy corner sofa, ceiling fan and open modern kitchen, offers magnificent views onto the lake and mountains and has direct access to the outdoor area. Relax on the terrace with table and chairs or in the stone garden with lounge, deck chair, charcoal grill and refreshing outdoor shower. A guest toilet with a window and a washer-dryer complements the living room. The welcoming bedroom with comfortable double bed (160x200) and ceiling fan offers relaxation and plenty of space. Next to it is the bathroom with bathtub, toilet and a window. A hallway closet provides extra storage room. Malcantone with a variety of landscapes and picturesque villages, countless hiking and biking routes as well as swimming spots, will enchant peace seekers and active people alike.
