Magnificent villa located in the Sierra de las Nieves, just 3.5 km from the municipality of Yunquera, in the province of Malaga. The villa is completely private and enjoys privileged views of the entire Sierra de las Nieves, a natural paradise of enormous importance; its lands are not only part of the Sierra de las Nieves, but also of the biosphere reserve of the Sierra de las Nieves and its surroundings, declared by UNESCO. Very quiet area, perfect for relaxing in a unique environment. The space Villa Pedregal has 2 bedrooms distributed on the ground and upper floors: 1 private bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and 1 open-plan bedroom on the upper floor with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. The house has 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a large outdoor area with different environments, and fenced parking inside the property for several cars. The interior of the house has a common living-dining room area with a rustic-style kitchenette, sofa, television, table and chairs for 4 diners. Open-plan kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave and all necessary cooking utensils. Also, upon request prior to check-in, we have baby accessories such as a crib, high chair. Guest access The outside of the house has different environments surrounded by plants and rustic decoration. There are 3 large tables outside in different spaces, to eat while enjoying the views. In the pool area you can enjoy hammocks and comfortable artificial grass. Pool Availability ⚠️ Important: The pool is available only during the summer season. 📅 Opening: May 15 📅 Closes: October 10 During the winter months (October-May), the pool is closed and out of service for weather and maintenance reasons.
