The space The host lives on the same street and is available if needed while still respecting guest privacy. The home features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, and one full bathroom. Bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped with ceiling fans, end tables with lamps, noise-canceling machines, featherbeds, and luggage racks to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, and towels. The living room includes a Roku TV, and both bedrooms also feature TVs with Google Chromecast. Guests can enjoy a selection of board games and books for both children and adults. The dining area offers a round table that seats four, along with a buffet featuring a coffee station and wine glasses. The newly updated kitchen includes new cabinetry and quartz countertops and is stocked for everyday cooking. While the kitchen and bathroom are on the smaller side, thoughtful additions throughout the home, such as a makeup vanity in the bedroom, help maximize comfort and space. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent and a private garage for convenient and secure parking. Guest access Guests enjoy convenient, flexible self check-in and check-out with Yale/Nest electronic locks on both the front and back doors. A unique access code will be sent prior to your arrival.
