Description

A bright, newly-renovated 32 sqm boutique one-bedroom flat located on the corner of Marylebone High Street in the West End’s chic Marylebone Village. The space The imposing front door to the building leads through an Art Deco entrance hall, past the live-in caretaker’s desk to two modern lifts. The 32 sqm loft-style studio flat is on the top floor of this charming building on the corner of Marylebone High Street, offering far-reaching views of the local area. The exceptionally bright living/kitchen area and cozy bedroom have been meticulously thought out during recent renovations to maximize usability and comfort. The flat offers great amenities such as a widescreen TV, underfloor heating and a dedicated workspace. The kitchen’s very modern and clean. It’s equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’d need during your stay. The marble bathroom houses a feel-good shower and storage. This is the perfect flat for a solo traveler or couple to enjoy London’s West End. Guest access Paddington Station and Euston Station are a short drive away. Baker Street Station and Marylebone Station are a stones throw away. Bond Street Station is also a short walk from the flat, where the Elizabeth Line will connect you to Heathrow Airport or St Pancras Station. Taxis can also be remotely hailed within minutes (through Uber, Gett and the like). In case you plan to drive during your stay, your first option vis-a-vis parking would be to find a parking spot near the flat and leave your car there. Keep in mind you can only use a parking spot for four consecutive hours from 8:30 to 18:30 Mon-Sat (parking is free on Sundays and evenings). It costs around £5 an hour. You’d have to pay a congestion charge on top of that. Alternatively, your second option would be to leave your car in the NCP underground car park on the corner of Gloucester Place and Marylebone Road. The daily rate from 8:30 to 18:30 is around £22 and you wouldn't have to pay a congestion charge.
