The Beach Cwtch - 1 bed annex near Newton Beach

A private, self contained 1 bedroomed annex close to dog friendly Newton Beach in Porthcawl. Close to local pubs, shops and other ammenities, a short walk from Porthcawl Town. Located in South Wales with access to stunning areas of natural beauty. The space The Beach Cwtch has a private entrance, leading to a lounge with sofa, table & chairs and TV. There is a well equipped kitchenette with a twin induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and full size sink. Included are crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, there's even a small breakfast bar with stools. Washing up liquid, tea towel, dish scrubber and cloth are provided as well as basic cleaning equipment. Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. The shower room has an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is an electric shaver point for shavers and electric toothbrushes. Towels, hand soap and toilet paper are provided. The spacious double bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and two bed side tables. There is a drying rack next to the radiator. All bedding and bedlinen is included, with spare pillows and blankets provided. A travel cot is available on request. All rooms are on one level. The Cwtch is suitable for a max of two adults or a mix of adult and child to a total of 2 (plus infant to sleep in travel cot if required). A maximum of one small/medium dog is allowed. The space is not suitable for large dogs. They must be booked in and paid for before arrival at the property. Dogs must not be left alone in the property. Guest access You will have your own self contained annex with your own private door. There is a small lip on the door threshold but otherwise there are no steps to or inside in the property. Other things to note We do not allow smoking of any type (vapes and e cigarettes included) anywhere on the property, even in outside spaces. We do not allow charging of electric vehicles on the property. Please note we do not currently have any dedicated outdoor space for the annex. We are less than 200 yards from the beach and a similar distance to a village green. Pets are not to be left alone in the property. Please ask if you have any special requests that I can help with.
