The deposit payment will be automatically refunded after 3 days of your check out, it can take another 5 days to clear! Check out is strictly 11am and check in is from 3pm (unless pre agreed) Noise measuring device is installed at the property for insurance purposes, it will detect noise levels, cigarettes and e-vaping as well as being removed from its mounting plate or switch off (this is strictly not allowed and your booking will be void). The device not capable to record voices just noise DB levels. Noise levels must not exceed 80 dB. Normal family noise levels will be around 60 DB - busy pub would be 85 DB. If any of the above rules are broken we will send you 2 warnings as well as the sensor flashing and sounding an alarm, if this is ignored our security team will be instructed to enter the property and remove all guests at a charge of £150 will be issued for the disturbance.
