This cozy home has 1 acre of land featuring a private hot tub, grill, fire pit, and ambient lighting. The house has 3 large bedrooms that sleeps up to 10 ppl comfortably and 2.5 bathrooms. Shawnee Ski Mountain is only 9 miles, Kalahari 17 miles and Camelback 14 miles. There are lakes, shops, wineries, restaurants and outdoor activities in the area. It features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms so everyone is very comfortable. This home is newly renovated with trendy designs throughout. Every bedroom has its’ own theme and color scheme making it “FUN AND WILD”. The large kitchen has endless cabinetry and stainless steel appliances giving you all the space you need to stay organized for a short or long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with every essential you may need. There are smart TVs and free wifi for your convenience. GAME ROOM FEATURES POOL TABLE, HOOP GAME, AND BOARDGAMES. BRAND NEW HOT TUB, GRILL, AND FIRE PIT. **THIS HOME SLEEPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY. DRIVEWAY FITS UP TO 5 CARS** ** We provide 1 paper towel (kitchen), basic condiments (salt & pepper), hand soap in all bathrooms, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, one garbage bag per garbage bin (kitchen and bathrooms), pillows, towels, comforters, and linens.** LIVING ROOM- large comfortable sofas that seat 5-7 people DINING ROOM- dining room table sits 6 people KITCHEN- refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Krueger coffee maker, cups, plates/bowls, pots/pans, utensils, etc. LAUNDRY ROOM- washer and dryer. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 1 WEEK OR MORE STAY (5 nights/6 days+) entrance to garage and sunroom. SUNROOM- seating for 5. SMART TV/BAR AND MORE FURNITURE COMING SOON. For security and liability purposes only). - Washer & Dryer only available for 5 nights/6 days + stays - No smoking anywhere inside ($500 FINE) - No fireworks ($500 FINE) - No pets - Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm-8 am- Respect the neighbors. - Respect the home like it was your own. - Be aware of wildlife on the property: plenty of deer and occasional bears and foxes. - Do not leave any garbage outside whatsoever. Bears will tear up the bags and make a mess. - Damages upon arrival and during your stay MUST BE REPORTED.
