The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer compartment❄️, 2-burner induction cooktop, oven, Tassimo coffee machine☕️, microwave and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. 🍽️ The open bathroom has a spa bath 🛁 (120 x 180 cm) with 22 jets and changing LED lighting, as well as a shower (120 x 90 cm) for a moment of well-being. Bed linen and towels 🧺 are provided free of charge for optimal comfort. The studio offers high-speed Wi-Fi 🌐 and self check-in from 5 p.m. 🔑. Free parking is available along the street🚘. Just 600 meters away you will find everything you need: restaurants, pharmacy💊, supermarket🛒, bakery🥐, and much more. Guest access Guests have full access to the place. Other things to note HOUSE RULES Thank you for following these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. 🚭 No smoking in the accommodation (€200 penalty). 🔊 Parties and disturbances are prohibited, sound detection in place (€300 + end of stay without refund). ⛔ Pets not allowed (€150 penalty + exceptional cleaning fee). 🧹 Leave the accommodation clean: as cleaning is not charged, please leave the accommodation in the same condition as found: dishes done, garbage cans emptied, no breakage. 🕒 Hours • Check-in: between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. maximum • Check-out: before 12 p.m. ⏰ Please strictly adhere to the schedules: Any overrun results in an immediate penalty of €50. 👉 Early check-in or late check-out possible with surcharge, subject to availability (to be requested in advance). 🛁 Hot tub/jacuzzi: Use allowed up to 11 p.m. maximum to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. €100 penalty in case of non-compliance. 💧 Water heater: The suite is equipped with a large capacity water heater, but hot water is not unlimited. We do not accept any responsibility for misuse of the jacuzzi or water. Overconsumption of water or energy may result in additional costs. ⚠️ Prohibited decorations: It is forbidden to hang decorations on the walls or ceilings. Any damage (adhesives, wax, candles, etc.) will be charged €50 to €200 depending on the damage. Romantic decoration possible by us at an additional cost upon request. 👥 Maximum capacity: The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults. Babies, young children and visitors are not allowed. €150 per unauthorized person. 💳 Bank imprint: A secure imprint of €250 will be requested via an online link. This is not a payment and will not be charged. It only serves as a guarantee in case of damage or incidents. It will be released within 48 hours after your departure, except in the event of non-compliance with the regulations or damage found. ⚠️ Penalties: Any breach of these rules may result in additional charges, interruption of the stay and a report to the platform.
