Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy Condo with pool near shopping center / night life and pristine beaches . We really enjoyed our stay there . It's located perfectly close to stores, restaurants, and within walking distance of the ocean! Our space is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The master bed is comfortable and quiet. You can travel with your two kids, When the cold gets you anywhere, you should know there is a cozy place to stay with a pool The space POOL LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT Location: 200 Sandestin Lane, Unit 706, Miramar Beach, Florida ASSUMPTION OF RISK Users acknowledge that swimming and pool use involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, drowning, injury, or death. Users voluntarily assume all such risks. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY There is no lifeguard on duty. Users must supervise minors at all times. RELEASE OF LIABILITY Users release the property owner, landlord, management, and agents from all claims arising from pool use, except where prohibited by Florida law. INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims, damages, injuries, or costs arising from pool use or actions of minors/guests. HEALTH & SAFETY Users agree not to use the pool while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medications. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS Users must comply with Florida laws, county ordinances, HOA rules, and posted signage. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE Users are responsible for damage to the pool or surrounding areas resulting from misuse or negligence. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE By using the pool, Users accept this agreement, assume all risks, waive liability, and agree to indemnify the Released Parties.
