It offers two beautiful pools, one on the ground floor and the other one on the roof terrace where you can also find a barbeque grill, space for yoga and mediation, lounge beds and a breathtaking view of the mayan jungle. Located just 4 kms away from the beach and 2.5 kms away from Tulum downtown, Via Aqua offers everything to enjoy this magical place. Guest access The common areas have 2 pools, one on the ground floor and one on the roof. Also on the roof you will find a grill, a living room and a meditation area. The building has an elevator for your comfort and Wi-Fi service in the common areas. Other things to note The building is brand new. Just 4 blocks from one of the main avenues and 10 minutes by bike from Tulum beach. We want to inform you that power outages may occasionally occur in Tulum due to circumstances beyond our control.
