The four main bedrooms are named after Maine landmarks (Baxter, Acadia, Casco Bay, and Moosehead) The Coffee Bar is located on the landing on the second floor with a variety of coffee and mini fridge. The third floor , featuring two additional bedrooms (Little Sebago and Big Sebago) and a quaint den (The Basin) .This area is best for overflow guests. This is an attic space that is still a work in progress. The space Beechcroft is perfect for a family vacation, reunion, girls weekend or a private getaway ! Super large kitchen and adjacent dining room has more than enough seating for your family and friends ! The same for the gorgeous living room ! Built in 1854 and is detailed in the book, Apron Full of Gold, by Mary Jane Megquier. Guest access Access to the entire house which includes three country porches, a cozy bistro/patio with a fire pit, enjoy breakfast on the main porch using the Blackstone grill. Many areas to spread out and relax! We have an in-law apartment above the barn. The tenants have their own entrance and parking . Washer and dryer are available upon request. Let the kids play in the back yard whether it be engaging in a game of croquet or corn hole! Daphne, the house cat, is on the premises at all times. Other things to note Just a reminder that this is a historic home that is over 170 years old. It doesn’t have all the amenities of a new home but is comfortable and clean!
