Air Conditioning and Electric Power: - It is recommended the rational use of the air conditioners and the electrical energy of the house (please turn off lights, fans, airs, TVs, etc. that are not being used). Sewer: - Please do not throw or dispose of solid waste such as kitchen towels, dental silk, tissues, tissue, toilet paper, etc., in the sewage net systems. These must go in the trash according to the established classification (usable, non-usable waste and organic waste). By 2026, this fine is approximately $1,350,000. House Rules: - All House Rules, contained in these terms and conditions, are binding and of strict compliance by guests. Report to Colombian Authorities of Tourism and Shipping Copy Identification Document: - For being a property of Vivienda Turística, we are governed by the Colombian law that regulates this service. Therefore, the Host must make a Registration of Accommodation of each of the guests; which indicates that as soon as the Guest makes the reservation, it is necessary that the Host send a legible copy of the identification document (Passport for foreign guests) of the people who will be staying in the house, in order to comply with the report of information to the Colombian authorities (Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs). - Only guests who have provided a legible copy of their ID are allowed in. - If the guest does not want to provide their ID, as soon as the reservation is made, there will be sufficient administrative justification against Airbnb to require the sending of said document, under penalty of canceling the reservation without the right to refund, as this requirement is contemplated in the House Rules. - It is reiterated that minors staying in the house must be accompanied at least by one of their parents. - Guest personal data is protected by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Airbnb's data protection policies.
