Beautiful girl's room in the center

Cozy girls' room in a central location. The space You will be staying in my 15 sqm cozy old building girls' room. You share the remaining rooms (kitchen, bathroom, extra toilet, large living and dining room) with a roommate. (But she's not home much) The bed is 140 cm. There is a very spacious living and dining room which can be used. The apartment is centrally located on Rosenheimer Platz in the Haidhausen district. You are at the Oktoberfest in 20 minutes. The subway runs directly from the East Station to the Oktoberfest. The main train station is 10 minutes away by S-Bahn. So you can still get home well at night :) The surrounding streets in our neighborhood are all very nice and invite you to an after-work beer or Hugo. The supermarket is 6 minutes away and a Becker as well. There is also Wi-Fi, of course.
