Needing to work or walk with the family, spacious, cozy apartment with two balconies, air-conditioning, en-suite and space for a home office. The space Large living room combined with dining room, three bedrooms with good mattresses and excellent pillows, linens, bath and blankets. Wardrobes with hangers. Blackout curtains. Air-conditioning in the suite and fan in the other rooms. Full kitchen, with good pots, including a pressure cooker. Refrigerator, stove with good oven, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, crockery and cutlery. The garage holds two cars, one behind the other, but it does not fit a van. Other things to note The garage does not accommodate a van. It is narrow. We do not accept parties and noise, as well as extra guests, who are not listed in the reservation. The apartment is on the third floor and the building has no elevator.
