Villa with large social areas and private garden

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a playground at the end. From the house, it takes just under seven minutes to Eketrägatan, where three tram lines run around the clock to the city center in 10 minutes. There is also a direct line to Liseberg and Universum, as well as several buses to both the city center or out to the northern archipelago with lots of nice swimming areas. If you prefer to swim in the pool, Lundbybadet is just a 15-minute walk from here. The space At the front of the house, you can park two cars and from the street, you have no view either into the house or towards the fenced garden. Via the balcony on the front, which offers morning sun, you can easily enter via a code-locked door. On the entrance level, you will find large social areas in the kitchen and living room, there is also a playroom that can be used as a bedroom as we can make up two camp beds. On this floor, you will also find the large family bathroom with both bathtub and rain shower. When you get to the upper floor, you are met by a hall that leads to three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom with a double bed also has a workspace. Both children's rooms have real mattresses in all beds and you sleep comfortably in them even as an adult. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. Through the living room, you can get out on the large balcony where there is a lounge area with sofas, a large dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people if desired, there is also a charcoal grill that can be used. The lawn is just the right size for a game of Kubb and the children can play in the playhouse, jump on the trampoline or swing. During the summer months, we grow a lot and if it is harvest time, you are welcome to pick fresh tomatoes, radishes, berries, spices and rhubarb. The garden is completely fenced, but there is a gate and a lockable door if you want to get to the front without going through the house. Guest access If you rent our house, you have access to the entrance floor, upper floor and garden. If you would like to use the laundry room, please mention it in the request. Other things to note Please note the following. -To think about allergies, in the house, in addition to mom, dad and two children, there is also a cat and a dog, but of course they will not be home when rented. - Sheets are made clean in all beds, blankets and pillows are included BUT the tenant brings their own duvet covers and pillowcases.
