With 3 large bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, 2 large wraparound porches, parking for two vehicles, and a gorgeous backyard, there is plenty of room for the perfect family getaway or romantic retreat! Enjoy the whole house to yourself—no cleaning fees, and we cover the HST! The space This home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, large closets, and extra pillows and bedding. The fully updated kitchen includes a dishwasher, granite counters, coffee bar, and deep island sink. Enjoy the sunroom overlooking the backyard patio and gardens, complete with fresh herbs like basil, rosemary, and oregano. There are 2 full bathrooms—one on each floor—with a glass shower and deep soaker tub. Relax in the large living room with a new electric fireplace, WiFi, and a Smart TV featuring Roku channels & Amazon Prime (Netflix available with your own password). Dance along to the AM/FM radio and record player in the dining room, which seats six! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole home, patios & yards. There are 3 host areas that are locked & Not included. Garage, Basement & storage closet. Other things to note We offer self check-in. There's a coded lockbox with the key. Check-out instructions are simple - turn off lights, lock doors, trash in trash-cans & double check that you haven't forgotten anything! We do not charge a cleaning fee, we just ask that you leave the house the same way you found it. Thanks.
