The villa has spectacular views of the park and is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable in an atmosphere of tranquility. The clubhouse must be PREVIOUSLY RESERVED and it is subject to Availability. The space Space thought and designed to provide guests with a complete experience of Comfort and tranquility, with the needs of modern life, fully equipped kitchen and parking for up to 4 cars, large terraces with grills, (two) equipped rooms with comfortable beds and AC. Professional oven and wine cooler. Divided into two floors, this villa has two fully equipped spaces, together or separately they make your stay special. On the Rooftop you can enjoy views and sunsets. *We have the option of renting the two spaces separately. All this just 15 min walk from the Church of SM. Guest access After your reservation, send a copy of identification, a QR code is generated, to show the guards (sent one day before) access to the villa is with a door code. To use the CLUB HOUSE, (Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, steam room,terrace with grills and game room) it is important to have PRIOR RESERVATION, it is located 200 meters away, in another building within the same closed community. The use of amenities is subject to availability . Notify the Host so that we can help you book in advance. Other things to note We have the following services with extra cost and previous reservation: Cleaning service per day, cook service per day, we can make your supermarket and have it ready before your arrival. *The use of air conditioners is limited to kilowatts per day. If you are not inside the villa you will be asked to turn off the air conditioning. If you do not respect this rule, you will be charged extra cost.
