Guest access Guests will have access to the home, pool and shed. Other things to note The shed contains pool supplies as well as pool floats and noodles. Please return all items removed from the shed after use. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind on the entire premises. There will be a $500+ fee applied if it is determined that there was smoking inside the property. You’ll receive a starter pack of basic amenities (shampoo, hand soap, coffee, laundry pod, etc). The seasonal outdoor pool is not heated however it does use a solar cover and will be open Memorial Day- Labor Day with extensions weather permitting from early May-early October. Maximum of 3 cars to be parked on the property without prior approval. This is a country location with many farm and fields surrounding so you will notice wildlife and insects. The only pets we accept are dogs.
