Tenuta La Casetta Farmhouse - Lavender

La Tenuta la Casetta is nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, in the municipality of Casciana Terme. Situated in the heart of a 60-hectare private estate, it stands on a hill from which you can admire the landscape of the nature reserve. There are 4 apartments, each apartment has its own private entrance. The apartment is located inside the structure and includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. The space At La Casetta there are four apartments isolated in the greenery, equipped with all the services and comforts to spend a relaxing stay. The rooms, spacious and furnished in a refined style, consist of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. There is a swimming pool with umbrellas, deck chairs and a shower, allowing you to enjoy relaxing hours with the Pisan hills in the background. The Poggio di Tartaglia Bassa is often ventilated, a circumstance that will make sunbathing by the pool pleasant even during the sunniest hours. Property with barbecue and outdoor chairs for each apartment. A playground for children is also available. Guest access Swimming Pool  The pool is a shared space with all Tenuta guests. Please do not use more than one gazebo per apartment, do not consume food and drinks inside the pool and respect the opening hours and do not leave children unattended. From 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Laundry The laundry room is for common use and is located under apartment number 1 Olive. Washing detergents are provided. You'll find a rack, an iron, and an ironing board in your home. We do not take responsibility for the clothes left unattended. Communal spaces La Casetta has several spaces shared with guests such as barbecue, terrace, games, patio furniture. Please use all facilities with responsibility, accuracy, and sense of community.  Parking We ask that you park the cars in the places assigned to the Parking so as not to interfere with the course of the cars in the Tenuta space. ATTENTION to the children and animals in circulation. Other things to note *Pets* We ask guests traveling with their pets to maintain the cleanliness and order of the apartment. Any damage caused by the animal may be refunded. We ask that you keep your pets on a leash in the common areas. *Trash* Please do the separate collection respecting the rules inside and outside the apartment. The common bins are located under the canopy next to the wooden cottage. We ask that you dispose of garbage during your stay. *Furniture* Guests are kindly requested not to move furniture within the apartments or in the outdoor areas of the estate. *Extraordinary cleaning* The cleaning fee is for linen and room cleaning at the time of guest check-in. If guests leave dirty dishes, the room, kitchen and bathrooms dirty, €50 may be withheld. The same applies to the penalty for smoking in the room or in the apartment.
