Tenuta la Casetta is nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, in the municipality of Casciana Terme. Situated in the heart of a 150-acre privately owned estate, it stands on a hill from which you can admire the scenery of the nature reserve. There are 4 apartments, each apartment has its own private entrance. The apartment is located inside the structure and includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. The space We are an agritourism surrounded by nature; therefore, there may be small animals and insects inside and outside the apartment. We do not promise Wi-Fi because in our area (hilly/isolated), the satellite and network signal is unstable and sometimes absent. There is a swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a shower, allowing you to enjoy relaxing hours with the hills of Pisa in the background. Il Poggio di Tartaglia Bassa is often breezy, which makes lounging by the pool in the sun pleasant even during the hottest hours. Pool towels are not provided during your stay. The property offers a barbecue and outdoor chairs for each apartment; guests are responsible for bringing charcoal and firewood. A children’s playground is also available. Guest access Swimming Pool  The pool is a shared space with all Tenuta guests. Please do not use more than one gazebo per apartment, do not consume food and drinks inside the pool and respect the opening hours and do not leave children unattended. From 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Laundry The laundry room is for common use and is located under apartment number 1 Olive. Washing detergents are provided. You'll find a rack, an iron, and an ironing board in your home. We do not take responsibility for the clothes left unattended. Communal spaces La Casetta has several spaces shared with guests such as barbecue, terrace, games, patio furniture. Please use all facilities with responsibility, accuracy, and sense of community.  Parking We ask that you park the cars in the places assigned to the Parking so as not to interfere with the course of the cars in the Tenuta space. ATTENTION to the children and animals in circulation. Other things to note Welcome to Agriturismo Tenuta la Casetta *Pets* We ask guests traveling with their pets to maintain the cleanliness and order of the apartment. Any damage caused by the animal may be refunded. We ask that you keep your pets on a leash in the common areas. *Trash* Please do the separate collection respecting the rules inside and outside the apartment. The common bins are located under the canopy next to the wooden cottage. We ask that you dispose of garbage during your stay. *Extraordinary cleanliness* The cleaning fee is for linen and room cleaning at the time of guest check-in. If guests leave dirty dishes, the room, kitchen and bathrooms dirty, €50 could be withheld. The same applies to the penalty if they smoke inside the room or in the apartment. *Furniture* Guests are kindly requested not to move the furniture inside the apartments or in the outdoor areas of the estate.
