Created by a couple of artists, this dreamy world calls for escape and discovery. Located near Place Meynard, our apartment is in the heart of historic Bordeaux and its monuments. The space Treat yourself to a stay for an immersion in the bohemian district of St-Michel. Walk like an artist along its sunny terraces and vibrant market for inspiration or sunset from your living room, a glass of Merlot in hand. Listen to a Jazz vinyl or let yourself be enchanted by a Kerouac novel... everything is planned to give you an authentic experience. Ideal for couples or remote workers, our apartment has been designed to fully enjoy the city while having the comfort of home. Fiber optic 200mbps, double glazing, Tramway two minutes walk, grocery stores and restaurants, fully equipped kitchen, large office and one bedroom under the rooftops to watch the city lights. Enough to leave free for your creativity! The apartment has double glazing, electric heating and additional heating for your comfort. The summers can be hot in Bordeaux. Our accommodation has many windows and it is easy to make a very pleasant cool draft. We also leave a portable fan at your disposal for added comfort. And as Bordeaux is the city of wine, we always think about welcoming you with a beautiful bottle to give you a welcome! Note: The cleaning fee is calculated for the standard cleaning of the apartment, i.e. the washing of sheets, surfaces and general cleanliness. They won't take dishes or excessive dirt into account.
