Room in New House - Perfect Location - Safe Area!

This is a private room with detached private bath in my house. It is located in the heart of the Beacon Hill neighborhood in Seattle! Superb access by Car, Train or Bus! Only minutes from the stadiums and downtown via light rail. 15m drive/30m train from the airport! While you’re here enjoy the iconic culinary scene in the neighborhood, and the giant public park one block away! The house is built in 2022 to the BiltGreen 4-star standard, meaning an environmentally friendly and healthy stay! The space The private room includes a private desk, giant TV and even a movable desk that goes over the bed so you can work from bed if you wish! The bed includes a luxury mattress and memory foam pillows. Lots of extra-fluffy towels will be provided for your stay as well. There is a keyboard piano on-site for anyone who wants to get some practice in. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. All of my guests have felt comfortable walking through the quiet streets alone at night. Self check-in is available 24/7 via keyless entry. A unique code for the door will be sent to you on the day of check-in when your room is ready! I also occupy the house and live on the third floor. You will share the kitchen with me during your stay. I’m always onsite so I’ll be there to answer any questions you have or resolve any issues you face! Guest access Guests will have their own private room and adjacent full private bathroom. Guests will share the kitchen, living room, patio and an additional half guest bathroom with the host and any of the host’s personal guests. Parking is available on the street for free! During your stay I will be on-site for most stays, although interaction is not required. Feel free to let me know what your preference is. I may have personal guests at my house with me during your stay. They will not use your room or your bathroom, and will not interact with you. Other things to note The bedroom is on the second floor, with one flight of stairs to climb. Seattle, home to Boeing and our own airline, Alaska Airlines, has a proud history of aviation. The orientation of our airport means flights fly directly over the entire city on final approach, and some guests are surprised by this if they’re coming from cities with airports that are further away from the city center. Most guests don’t find the noise distracting, but in case you do, I provide ear plugs on your nightstand. If you need more, just reach out! If you are sensitive to noise, I would suggest staying further north or east, away from the city, as planes fly over the entire city regularly. ✅ A portion of the revenue from your stay here will be donated to emergency housing for people in times of crisis, through the Airbnb.org nonprofit charity.
