We offer a stay near La Fortuna, but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Sloth Hill is a cabin surrounded by nature, where you can find the tranquility you need for your vacation. This beautiful accommodation comes with everything you need to enjoy as a family or as a couple. Just 13 km (20 minutes) from La Fortuna, it's ideal for getting out of the routine and relaxing with the spectacular view. The space Both rooms have their respective private bathroom and queen bed, as well as air conditioning and hot water in the showers and the kitchen. It has the necessary kitchen utensils, a gas stove. It should be noted that the kitchen has everything you need, however it is a small kitchen. The property is located in the highest part of the family estate so it offers privacy and direct contact with nature, you can see endless birds and other wild animals in the area. Guest access Our accommodation is located on the same property where we have another small guest cabin which is approximately 60 meters away. We want each guest in each of the houses to use their personal space respecting the space of the other guests with their exclusive green areas for each of the spaces and thus achieve the enjoyment of everyone equally of a place as special and quiet as Sloth Hill. Other things to note It should be noted that the cabin is located near the mountain and surrounded by nature which undoubtedly implies the attraction of the lights to certain insects as they are part of it. The chairs on the balcony are custom designed to the table inside the kitchen so these can be used as a dining room. The sunrises are spectacular due to the panoramic view of the place, and even more so when you can appreciate the moonlit nights in the accommodation, or spectacular starry nights to appreciate thanks to the privacy offered by Sloth Hill. It is important to know that the place is suitable for smokers, however smoking is not allowed inside the enclosed spaces of our accommodation (rooms, bathrooms and kitchen). The design of our balcony is spectacular for viewing the place and everything the property offers, however in the rainy season it can be a bit uncomfortable to use at certain times when the wind and rain combine. In Costa Rica, there are many small lizards, or as we call them here (gecos), that control small insects, and they are very elusive, so it is very difficult to keep them out of the accommodation (although a considerable effort is made). Remember that they are harmless and that sometimes some manage to infiltrate the accommodation, we consider it important that you know. Also mention that there is a condominium approximately 200 meters away, and other neighboring vacation homes that rarely but could generate noise, we consider important horns at certain times. To protect your safety, we have surveillance cameras that keep sensitive areas such as the pool and the inside of the house out of your reach.
