Community Regional Medical Center, Kaiser, Fresno City College and Downtown Fresno are all within a few minutes’ drive. The space Casita Del Sol was once the historic Carlton Hotel in Tower District. Our place, located on the 1st floor, was just completely remodeled and equipped AC/heater, hardwood vinyl floor, flat screen TV, mini fridge/microwave, a desk, a queen size bed, and a futon couch (can fit young children or petite young adult). The space is set up for 2 guests normally. Extra beddings/towels can be provided upon requests with given advance notice. Includes access to shared game room with full size Air Hockey table and Arcade games like X-Men, Double Dragon and Final Fight. Hours 8am-10PM Business travelers will appreciate fast fiber internet. There's plenty of free street parking. Though historic, the building is gated and secured with security cameras. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire airbnb space (apartment # specified in confirmed booking). Other things to note We are healthcare professionals ourselves so we made the space in the image for what we would want in a space for traveling medical professionals. 5 Minutes to Regional Community Medical Center and 15 minute drive to Kaiser Permanente. Check-in time: anytime after 3pm Check-out time: 11am NOTE: any requests to check in outside of the standard time will need to be communicated and confirmed with the host ahead of time thru messaging. However in some circumstances, we may not accommodate early check in times due to cleaning and maintenance (this allows us to disinfect and clean thoroughly between each guests). -Please note we DO NOT allow unregistered guests on the property. -NO SMOKING, no parties, no drugs allowed on the property. -Please no pets (although we love pets and have dogs of our own). -We also do not accept bookings placed on behalf of others. NOT ABIDING BY RULES ABOVE CAN RESULT IN UPWARDS OF $500 FINE OR CANCELLATION OF STAY.
