Other things to note Discover the Canal du Midi within walking distance and stroll through the village streets or walk the cobbled streets of the famous walled city, the Cité de Carcassonne within a 10-minute drive. Enjoy the market located at the port, along the Canal du Midi, on Sunday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The house is close to all shops. Sit on the terrace of one of the marina's bars and restaurants or choose to go to the other side of the lock and the Vauban bridge to simply sit on the grass. Located on the road to Cathar sites and castles, the GR 36 and many hiking trails. Close to the highway exit and the airport 20 minutes away.
