Wonderful cottage 100 meters to the beach.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located cottage with about 50 m - 1.5 km to the dike, beach, restaurants, ice cream bars, bakery, supermarkets, entertainment, etc. The house is about 95 m2, and it was completely renovated about 5 years ago, so we do everything to take good care of it. The house has a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 terraces (east, south and west) and plenty of beautiful nature. Smoking is not allowed. And pets are not welcome. The space The cottage is bright and friendly. There is a level difference of one step in relation to virtually all entrances/exits due to a new wooden terrace in spring 2025. An outdoor shower will also be installed in the spring of 2025. One room is characterized by being a children's room, as we have a smaller schoolchild. There are some dolls in the room that you can play with if you promise to take good care of them. The sofa bed in the children's room can be converted into a 1.5-person bed. The duvets in the largest of the rooms are extra long. There are books and games of various kinds in the drawers under the 'sofa' in the living room. Guest access You have access to the main house. You also have access to outdoor games, sand toys, a parasol for the terrace, as well as 4 adult bicycles and two children's bicycles for children aged 6-10 years Other things to note If the house has not been rented out just before you arrive, the power will be turned off. I.e. it may be cold in the house, there will only be cold water in the taps and the refrigerator will be turned off. The house is quickly heated with a wood-burning stove and heat pump. There are no radiators in the rooms, so if you want heat there, the doors must be open so that the heat from the living room can spread to the rooms. There is a smaller gas grill and a large kettle grill available. There are dishwasher tabs, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, liquid hand soap, aluminum foil, freezer bags, floor soap, dish towels, dish towels, clothespins, trash bags, toilet paper, kitchen roll, etc. available upon arrival.
