Please be mindful of others, especially in shared areas such as the building entrance and hallways. • Do not open or touch the supply storage area inside the room. • For long-term stays, we can provide information on the location of additional supplies upon request. • If any furniture, appliances, linens, towels, toilet paper, or other items are taken from the room, we will charge the full replacement cost. Other things to note * By completing your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms listed on the listing page. * The room accommodates up to 4 people, but we recommend a maximum of 3 for a more comfortable stay (there are 3 beds). * Room layout and interior decorations are subject to change. * Each guest is provided with one sheet, one bath towel, and one face towel. Please wash them yourself as needed; daily replacements are not provided. * No cleaning or trash collection is provided during your stay (additional charges apply). Simple cleaning tools are available for your use. * If you wish to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we can introduce nearby 24-hour luggage storage facilities or coin lockers. As this is a self-service accommodation, we cannot store your luggage. * Parties or playing loud music are strictly prohibited. If reported, your stay will be immediately cancelled without refund. * Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including the balcony. A deodorization and cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged if smoking is detected. * If anyone other than the registered guests enters the room (even without staying), a penalty of 30,000 yen per person per entry and the full accommodation fee for all nights will be charged. Your stay will be cancelled immediately. Serious violations will be reported to the police. * A disposal fee will be charged if you leave large garbage such as suitcases. * Left items will be discarded. Please check carefully before departure. * For long-term stays exceeding a certain period, we may check the condition of the room with prior notice and agreement. We will never enter the room without your consent. * According to building rules, pets and animals are not allowed. For guide dogs, hearing dogs, or service dogs, prior consultation and approval are required at least one month in advance, along with official documentation. Unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited. * Please notify us if you damage or stain anything in the room. If applicable, it may be covered by insurance, but in malicious cases, actual replacement costs will be charged. * We are aware of an increasing number of malicious refund requests based on false cleaning claims. Our facility will not respond to such claims. Cleaning is documented with photographs. * In accordance with Japanese law, all guests must submit personal information and passport copies (not required for Japanese citizens residing in Japan) before check-in. Failure to do so will result in reservation cancellation. * Some guests try to avoid cancellation fees by frequently modifying their reservation.
