The space The Lotus Calabogie is a serene, spacious four-bedroom lake-view retreat designed for families, friends, and nature lovers seeking rest, connection, and year-round adventure. Perched on a private 2.5-acre hillside with panoramic views of Calabogie Lake, the home offers a rare blend of tranquility and convenience - just minutes from the village, trails, Calabogie Peaks, and endless outdoor activities. Whether you’re skiing in winter, kayaking in summer, hiking in fall, or simply unwinding by the fire, The Lotus Calabogie is your peaceful escape in every season. The Space Custom built and thoughtfully maintained, The Lotus Calabogie is filled with natural light and calming views from every major room. The home features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room, multiple living spaces, and an open-concept layout ideal for gathering while still offering quiet corners to retreat. Main Level The main floor welcomes you with a bright foyer adorned with handcrafted silk lotus flowers by renowned Vietnamese artist Mai Hanh. This level includes: • A spacious living room decorated with gas fireplace • A dining area seating up to 12 with stunning view of the lake • A fully equipped open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all essentials • A cozy family room with a gas fireplace and large picture windows overlooking the lake • One bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed (ideal for kids or guests who prefer to avoid stairs) • Powder room, mudroom, and access to a two-car garage Hardwood-look flooring throughout adds warmth and comfort. Second Level Upstairs, you’ll find what many guests call the heart of the home: the Zen Space. With sweeping lake views, this peaceful area is perfect for yoga, meditation, reading, remote work, or quiet conversation. Furnished with an executive desk, recliner, bean bags, and soft natural light, it’s a space to slow down and breathe. Also on this level: • Primary bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom • Two additional bedrooms (one king, one queen) • Main bathroom with a decorative antique clawfoot tub • Convenient in-suite laundry Outdoor Living & Gardens Surrounded by forest and lovingly curated gardens, the outdoor spaces at The Lotus are just as restorative as the interior. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, except for clearly marked storage areas and display-only items. Other things to note We love our own pets and are pleased to welcome yours! Please note that there is no fenced area on the property. For the enjoyment of those without pets, we ask that pets remain on the main floor and not on any beds. There will be pet beds available if required for their sleeping comfort. Sofas will be covered if your furry friend joins you on your stay. We also ask that you respectfully clean up after your pet, supplies will be available for this purpose. There will be an additional pet charge of $100 per stay. 5121A is another property sharing the same driveway. Residents of The Lotus (5152B) can walk on the driveway up to the gate which is the entrance to 5152A. The firepit and pergola on the other side of the driveway is part of The Lotus’ property and this area is available for your enjoyment.
