We will be required to take a copy of your valid photo ID / passport and valid visa to stay during registration. Our office will help with all your operations issues during your stay. Which means…if your room light is not working, or your door lock has problem, our office colleagues will be most happy to help you. So your Stay is Stress-Free !!! This is not a space for pets or to throw any parties. We don’t’ want complaints from our flatmates. Other things to note Please note, there is a HK$1000 key deposit (Refundable) will be collected before move in and will sign a flatshare agreement with us at our office.
