100 Acre Relaxing Retreat Near ARK- Four Houses

Traveling with a large group, but still want everyone to have their own space? The Retreat at Eucharisteo Farms makes that possible. Booking this listing includes all four houses and will sleep up to 36 people. Three of the homes are right next to each other and The Cabin is located about 100 yards away. You will also have use of the fire pits, grills, walking trails, and creek. If you would like to book just two or three of the homes, please do that on their separate listings. The space If you book through this listing you have access to the following: The Cottage -a two bedroom, one bath home. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins with two twin trundles. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to cook during your stay. We also provide a stocked coffee bar, soaps and shampoos, and a washer and dryer with laundry detergent. The Farmhouse- a four bedroom, two full bath home. Two bedrooms have a queen (one upstairs and one downstairs), the other upstairs bedroom has two twins with twin trundles, and the other downstairs bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a twin bed with a trundle. In addition to the upstairs living room there is a downstairs rec room with games, large sectional, and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to cook during your stay. We also provide a stocked coffee bar, soaps and shampoos, and a washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Outside, there is a deck, fire pit, large grill, great views and plenty of fresh air. The Woodlands-a four bedroom, two full bath home. Two bedrooms have a queen (one upstairs and one downstairs), the other upstairs bedroom has two twins with twin trundles, and the other downstairs bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a twin bed with a trundle. Outside is a patio with gas fire table. In addition, there are nature trails that are available for hiking and a creek that you can wade in and explore. Along the trail is a place for a picnic, a swing and a ninja line. Other things to note **Need to Know Information Before you Book** 1. These houses are located on 100 acres, some of which you will have access to. There is a lot to explore; including a walking trail, a creek, ponds, and just the overall beauty of God's creation. All of this is to be enjoyed at your own pace and your own risk. 2. This land is our home, as well as home to two other households. We ask that you respect the area around these homes by staying on marked trails. 3. The land is also home to farm animals as well as pets. There are two dogs on the property that are likely to show up around the houses at some point during your stay. If they become a nuisance please do not hesitate to let us know. 4. This rural setting comes with a lot of perks and a few drawbacks.The road to the property is a small, winding country road. In the years we have lived here, we have never been snowed in but that is a possibility during the winter months. The property is serene and quiet 90% of the time. However, potential noises include; neighbors riding their four wheelers, gunshots from other farms, and loud vehicles on the road. The beauty of our land is that all of these occur a fair distance from the cottage and is often little more than background noise.
