Cozy lake font cottage located on the shores of Lake Winnipeg, 10 mins north of Gimli. Seasonal hot tub for enjoying your morning coffee on the front deck, overlooking the lake. Ice fishing hut available for winter sport enthusiasts. Swimming out front or a short walk to a public beach. Large deck overlooking the lake and a lakeside firepit to enjoy the view! Great restaurants, theatres, golf courses and bowling alley, just a short drive away. Local seasonal store within walking distance. The space Enjoy your morning coffee from the hot tub on the deck while you take in the sunrising over the lake. Sit around the lakefront firepit in the evening as you relax and listen to the waves of the large inland ocean! The 1000 square foot cottage comfortably sleeps 6-8 people in 3 bedrooms and a loft area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed. The loft is a favourite place for kids to sleep and spend some play time. There is room for an inflatable mattress (not included). There is also a futon located in the breezeway if additional sleeping room is needed. The cottage is air conditioned for our hot summers and has an indoor fireplace for those chilly spring or fall mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to cook up a fabulous meal - a bbq is positioned on the deck right outside the kitchen which can be fired up for that much anticipated steak dinner. Guest access Cottage bikes for use on the local trails! Local Arnes Farmers Market within walking distance or a short drive. Local artisans, vegetables and antiques. Other things to note Great local golf courses, Marvelous Meadows, The Links, Hecla and Teulon to name a few. Great paths for walks, hiking and cycling.
