Professionally managed by Canstay. Please be advised that the building is older and full of character, which means it may come with a few quirks—like occasionally temperamental plumbing. There's also a lively local pub just across the road that features live music on some evenings, usually wrapping up around 10:30pm. If you're looking for a stay with charm, personality, and a bit of local flavor, this spot is a great fit! The space BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has a wardrobe space for your luggage and is equipped with a split system AC for both heating and cooling. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix account. Note that we don't provide Netflix, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: Washing machine and dryer are available to use - located in the communal laundry room. FOR PARKING: There is a guest-only carpark at the rear of the complex. Parking is unallocated. There are also nearby paid parking options if the rear courtyard is temporarily full: 1. Secure Parking FOMO Car Park - 71m, 1min drive 2. Fremantle Oval Car Park 10A - 350m, 2mins drive 3. Parry Street Car Park - 350m, 1min drive 4. William Street Car Park 24 - 200m, 1min drive Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. The keys are located in the laundry in the middle of the carpark at the rear of Jaylu Flats. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note NOTE: Unit 1 has a few small steps at the rear of the property. The bedroom has a ceiling fan. Please note ‘winter mode’ won't heat the room. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
