Independent entrance ensuring privacy, access is not through the main door of the house. Upon entering, you will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen. Only in the outdoor space, the garden may be shared with the owners or other guests. In the village, 6 km from the city and close to the beaches of Salir and São Martinho do Porto, Foz do Arelho, Lagoa Óbidos, Gralha, Baleal, Peniche, Salgado and Nazaré, and about 5 minutes from access to the A8 (highway) and 1 hour from Lisbon. The space The accommodation includes: • Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single double bunk bed (on request we can add 1 baby bed); • Private toilet with bathtub and washing machine; • Kitchen equipped with mini-refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, induction cooktop, exhaust fan, dishes, cutlery, cups, pots, glasses and utensils for preparing meals; • Total privacy with a separate entrance (no access through the owner's house to which the room belongs); • Bed linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer, shower gel, liquid soap; • TV with national and international channels; • Internet Wi-Fi access is available on the platform after booking. • Directions are automatically made available on the platform after booking. Guest access Guests have access to: - Suite (bedroom) independent of the rest of the house, as the entrance is private from the outside (garden); - Private toilet and kitchen; - Outside, a quiet garden with trees, lawn and nature sounds, access to a grill and space where you can dine and smoke if you are a smoker (no smoking inside). - Note: the garden and backyard are shared with the owners and possibly with other guests. - The accommodation has free parking outside next to the entrance gate to the property (about 30 meters from the entrance to the accommodation; Other things to note - The accommodation has a pleasant garden with tables and chairs, so we do not allow guests to smoke indoors. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with the rules. - On the day of check-in, we offer you some complimentary products, which you will find inside and/or outside the refrigerator, as a welcome gift. - Upon arrival (check-in), we will personally deliver the keys. - Upon check-out, please leave the keys in the room itself and continue your vacation without worrying about the time to deliver them.
