Get ready to enjoy comfort and well-being in a modern, fully equipped chalet. The space The Chalé do Rancho is close to the shed that houses some horses, about 50 meters away. It is also close to Mr. Nelson's house, who lives on the property and takes care of the horses, also about 50m away. There are dogs and horses on the property, so guests can expect to interact with these animals. The Ranch also offers picnic and horseback riding services (on weekends). Please consult if you want these additional services. Guests who are not staying at the property can enjoy the horseback riding service, arriving at the Ranch and then going on the ride, remaining for a short time in the area near the Chalet. The Chalet's entrance door faces the valley and the back of the chalet faces the property, so privacy is guaranteed. Guest access You will have access to the hammock, deck and fire pit that are very close to the Chalet. It has parking, Wi-Fi, a 50-inch TV, a soaking tub and a wood-burning fireplace. Air-conditioning in the living room and in the upper bedroom. Meals are not included in the daily rate, the Chalet has an equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. Internally, the Chalet has: Airfryer, blender, electric kettle, sandwich maker, 2 fans, fondue machine, crockery, baking sheets, cutlery, pots, glasses, plates, bowls, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, induction cooktop, phonograph, bluetooth speaker, towel and picnic basket, hair dryer, Zagonel electric shower. In the double bedroom the bed is king size and in the smaller bedroom 2 single beds. We offer, at no extra charge, 1 bath towel per guest as well as 1 bed sheet and 1 pillow. We provide, at no extra charge, basic items such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishcloth, salt, sugar, pepper, oil, coffee, filter, tea, artesian well water, napkins, matches and hand sanitizer. Free access to YouTube, Netflix, and Disney Plus. The Rancho's garden has salads, spices and teas that can be used by guests. Other things to note The Ranch is 25 km from the city center of Chapecó/SC, of which 2.5 km are unpaved roads. The Chalet has an internal staircase, Santos Dumont model, which is steeper. We provide a basket with firewood to be used in the fireplace and floor fire per night, if you need more firewood, we have it for sale at 30 reais per basket, request the extra basket in advance. Bringing firewood is not allowed. If the guest wants to use a grill on the floor fire, request it in advance. We do not provide charcoal. We provide 1 bath foam and salt kit per day. If you need more, we have a kit available for sale at 30 reais. No pets allowed as we have dogs on the property, 3 in total, who live loose. Meals are not included in the daily rate. We have wines, Coca-Cola, beer and some food, which are priced, for consumption on the premises of the Chalet, which can be consumed and paid for at checkout. We have some extra services and food (check the catalog in advance): - Picnic - Horseback riding - Romantic Package - Breakfast basket - Cold cuts board - Burratta It is not allowed to receive people in the Chalet as guests of the guests, only the number of people informed in the reservation is allowed. Parties are not allowed. No smoking inside the cottage. Due to the preparation, maintenance and cleaning time, we do not have flexible check-in and check-out times, and a fee will be applied for late check-out. We are not a hotel/inn, we do not have room service, that is, we do not clean and change towels/bed linen daily. When booking, the guest will be aware that the supply of internet and electricity may be interrupted due to the region and operators. We are located in a rural area, and this does not imply the termination of the contract or refund of the amounts, since they are facts beyond our control. In addition, due to the location of the Ranch, maintenance and repair services will be provided during business hours and will depend on the availability of suppliers. The guest is aware that we have security cameras on the property, and cannot cancel the reservation for this reason. Keeping the door and window closed when the air conditioner is on improves performance. Please take off your shoes inside the cottage, the slippers are for indoor use in the cottage. Do not leave or sleep with the fireplace with a fire. Avoid accidents. And in case of smoke, please leave the door and window open for ventilation. Turn off the outside lights when you go to sleep. Fill the bathtub to a level that your body does not throw water out of and do not move it from its place. If there is no leakage. The bathtub takes about 40 minutes to fill. Broken or damaged items will be charged. Tap water is not drinkable; the water in the refrigerator and on the kitchen counter is from an artesian well and can be consumed.
