This dreamy loft is just what you need to relax and unwind - whether you’re looking to stay in, or adventure around - this will be your oasis to come home to! Located in the conveniently located Creston neighborhood, enjoy easy access to downtown and a wonderful selection of restaurants, brewery’s, and shops within walking distance. The space Cozy and stylish, the studio apartment is located above our home and has its own entrance for you privacy and convenience. The full kitchen is well equipped for cooking with oven/stove, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, coffee/tea station, and many more things! Working record player and a collection of vinyls will set the vibe, and a collection of games, Smart Tv and comfortable couch make for a wonderful night in. If you’re looking to head out, take a walk down to Linear for a high end dining experience, Graydon’s crossing for a delicious and hearty meal, Creston Brewery for a quality draft, or Rezevior Lounge for pizza, pool, ping pong and darts (among many other options!). A few blocks away Lucy’s is the spot for breakfast/brunch and right next to it is the Frosty Boy, where you can get in line with locals for ice cream, burgers, and other treats in the summer! If local craft cocktails are your thing, Eastern Kille Distillery is under a mile away and definitely worth the visit. Other things to note Parking is free street parking in front of the home.
