The space Large and spacious with three bedrooms and a service room that can be used if needed . Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the third bathroom is in the passageway for all guests to use . Kitchen has all modern appliances , small electrical ones and caters easily for 6- 8 people. Comfy lounge and dining area for those home cooked meals . Large Smart TV and excellent wifi make this a great place to work away from home .The community of Playa Turquesa has: 24-hour security at main gate and beach access. Reception area to check in with your passport, I will ask for copies of these to register you previously. This is a must and failure to do so will result in no entry to the property. Short-term clients cannot have visitors into the complex. Two large pools & two small kids pools Private beach access with complimentary sunbeds / palapa style shades at both pools and beach. PRO BAR restaurant and bar with cash or credit card options. Pool Bar opens in high season. You can take your own food / drink (no glass) to the beach not to the pool. Guest access All of the apartment is for you only. The owners may have a locked closet or door which is to remain closed during your stay. Other things to note This apartment has a fabulous ocean breeze so little Ac needs to be used however we do charge extra for Hydro and you will be given a reading at the start and end of your stay and just personal consumption is paid for .Electric is extra charge for personal consumption used . This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay .All clients must previously register with me by sending Passport / Drivers license so I can register you previously at the reception area . THIS IS A MUST BEFORE ARRIVAL OR THEY WILL LET YOU IN . THIS IS A QUIET PEACEFUL COMPLEX , NO PARTIES, DRUGS OR ILEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED . NO OTHER GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN TO VISIT DURING YOUR STAY .
