All shops 5 min away 1 hour from the Atlantic coast (La Rochelle or Royan), Futuroscope, Puy du Fou 35 min from Niort, the Poitevin marshes Relax in this quiet and elegant house, with kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a dining room. the other part of the house is being renovated and is currently not accessible. Come and admire the sunset across the fields. The space the house is independent with two gardens, one bedroom side and the other veranda side (dining room). Guest access Guests will have independent access to the bedrooms, bathroom, dining room, kitchen and toilet, and outdoor garden.
