Nestled in a quiet upscale neighborhood in beautiful Gearhart by the Sea/Seaside, this 3BR/2BA lovely home sits on a fenced half acre. A 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the vast Gearhart Beach. Prepare delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen and roast marshmallows around the seasonal fire pit. Enjoy the beach decor while you watch your favorite movie or sports event on the 65"TV, get cozy in front of the gas fireplace. We have your kid gear covered. Three local golf courses. The space This is a charming peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Spend the evening on the deck in the private, fenced, landscaped yard and listen to the ocean. Books and games are provided for adults and kids. Pack n Play, umbrella stroller, high chair, booster seat are here for kids, as well as beach tent, folding wagon, beach umbrella and beach chairs and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with condiments, spices and some packaged food items. Please replace what you use or something similar. Large two car garage. Our beach house is NOT commercially managed, so it is fully stocked and equipped and not overused. We take care of things ourselves in order to create a homey family atmosphere.
