Groceries, Red Wing coffee shop, Jude's Old Town pub at walking distance; library + pool nearby, various restaurants + entertainment in hood + Columbia City. Easy access LightRail, I-5, I-405, or I-90 + Seatac airport. Close to Lake Washington, Kubota Garden, Boeing Field, Museum of Flight. Use MetroFlex App for easy to and fro Lightrail/our home. The space European charm in an American 1950s bungalow filled with art & lit + eclectic music. Located between Seatac and Seattle, close to Museum of Flight, Lake Washington, and Kubota Gardens, access to the city by bus, Light-Rail, and by car via I-5, or peaceful surface roads. Guest access Access is limited to the booked bedroom, adjacent bathroom, peaceful back yard with shaded sitting areas, and front yard for evening shade. We don't allow food in bedrooms, you're welcome to eat at the dining room table. My husband is a musician and stage tech, at least one of us will be around to welcome you and answer questions about greater Seattle. We're fond of the Emerald City and love sharing what we know. In the morning you're welcome to a cup of our organic coffee or several choices of tea and filtered water from the Brita container. Other things to note The Rainier Beach Community Center has a great pool. On the way there you'll find Safeway grocery store, Rainier Beach Public Library, and fast food restaurants. Cross our street for a concrete tennis court, and playground + field. Coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants are within walking distance.
