Whole House Getaway - 14 private acres of peace & quiet with access to everything the area has to offer. Fully furnished home (see pics). Backyard (firepit, chairs. loungers); marked trails around the property; abuts state land (Mongaup Wildlife Area). Close to local Resorts, Waterparks,river& lakes for kayaks,canoes; Legoland; Nature trails w/waterfalls; Meditation Center; Bethel Woods festivals, theater, music, more!! Our weekend home for guests to use while we're away. Enjoy & Be Kind!! The space Small yard up front; Backyard has deck, firepit, and furniture; Woods and trails out back - it goes over the hill and gets rocky and wet for a bit (watershed), but then it connects to the Mongaup Wildlife Area (state land). Fourteen private acres to roam. Watch for red markers in trees for neighbor's land (left and right side). Mine has trails, but you are welcome to venture off on your own! Be careful! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house minus a couple closets. Basement and exterior garage are off limits, but feel free to roam the 14 private acres! Other things to note It is the mountains. There are animals... including ticks. Tuck in your socks, wear boots, put on some deet insect spray, and check yourself after hiking. Oh, and there are deer, bear, foxes, eagles, snakes, salamanders, etc... it's the woods!
