Located on the outskirts of the picturesque white village of Moclinejo, the house offers unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding vineyards and olive groves. Casa Lení was built in 1955 and offers a mixture of original country house charm paired with modern amenities. The house is fully renovated in the year 2023 and offers plenty of space for privacy and tranquility in close proximity to all necessary everyday necessities. The space 150 m² Casa Lení has three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms plus guest toilet and an open, fully equipped kitchen with connection to the dining and living area. In addition, guests have access to an airy workspace as well as a spacious patio area with outdoor kitchen and private swimming pool. The patio area in front of the house offers a perfect place for the morning breakfast in the sun. Guest access The guests have the access at all the zones of the house. The private swimming pool and all patio areas are at guest's disposal. Other things to note Casa Lení combines modern design with Spanish country house style. The village square with restaurant and bar of Moclinejo is within a minute's walk. In addition, there is a supermarket, bakery, wine shop and pharmacy, which are also within walking distance. In addition, fresh fish and bread/rolls can be purchased from a trader who comes to the village daily. The Moclinejo sports centre has a paddle court, an artificial turf football pitch, a gym and a large public outdoor swimming pool with a 25-metre lane and a separate children's pool. Snacks, ice cream and sweets can be purchased at the kiosk at the outdoor pool. The village-based family-run winery Bodega Dimobe of the Antonio Muñoz Cabrera family is one of the top wineries in the D.O. Málaga region and offers wine tours incl. tasting.
